Onsite Technician Wanted

Our client is looking for an engaged and technically skilled Onsite Technician who wants to play an important role in ensuring smooth operations of our client's IT environment. The position is a permanent employment and is based at the client's office in Älvsjö. Here, you will work closely with users, solve technical problems in everyday life, and be a central part of an organization where IT support is crucial. The role is part of a close-knit team with a strong focus on collaboration and service.

About the Role

As an Onsite Technician at our client, you will have a varied workday with great responsibility and close contact with the business. You will support users with IT-related needs and ensure that systems, devices, and applications function as they should.

Main Responsibilities:

Support for clients and mobile phones
Account management, access management, and setup of workstations
Administration of various systems and portals
Technical troubleshooting in a Windows environment
Application support for company-specific applications
Onsite support for users

We would like you to have:

Experience in a similar role within IT support or onsite technology
Competence in Windows Client, Active Directory, Exchange Online, Microsoft 365, and Intune
Experience troubleshooting both software and hardware
Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
Good habits in writing clear IT documentation
